For decorators

Get sent work that is already sold

Distributors using supplierlive pick a shop while they build the order. You set your own prices, you are paid directly by them, and the artwork arrives production ready.

$25 a month. No commission, no per-job fee, no cut of your work.

What membership gets you

Work from distributors who already sold the job

You appear in the list when a client is building an order. No quoting against strangers, no chasing leads. The order exists before you see it.

Your prices, set by you

You build your own rate card during onboarding: stitch bands, print area, color counts, setup fees, minimums. We do not set your prices and we do not take a cut of your work.

Print-ready files, every time

Artwork is reviewed and prepared before it reaches you. Digitized files for embroidery, separations for screen print, correctly sized transparent PNGs for DTF. No more chasing a distributor for usable art.

Gang sheets built for you

For DTF, we nest your accepted jobs onto sheets at your film width and hand you a pick list mapping every transfer back to its order and garment size. Less film, less arranging.

Shipping labels in one click

Generate labels for finished goods without leaving the job. Blind shipping is handled, so the end customer never sees your name unless the client wants them to.

A reputation that follows you

Ratings from real completed jobs, visible to every distributor choosing a shop. Good work compounds into more of it.

How it works

1

Apply, per capability

Embroidery, screen print, DTF, heat press. You are approved for what you actually do, so a shop approved for embroidery is not sent screen printing work.

2

Set your rates and your capacity

Your rate card, your minimums and maximums, your equipment and available hours. We only show you jobs you can actually take in the week they need to run.

3

Get picked, then accept

A distributor selects you. Nothing is committed until you accept, so you are never assigned work you did not agree to.

4

Produce and ship

Files, specs, and mockups are on the job. Print your label from the same screen when it is done.

We are not in the middle of your money

The distributor pays you directly on the purchase order you accepted. We do not hold your funds, we do not take a percentage, and we do not arbitrate a dispute between you and your customer. What we do is send you the work, the files, and the tools to run it.

Questions decorators ask

What does it cost?

Twenty-five dollars a month. There is no commission, no per-job fee, and no cut of what you charge.

We are inviting founding members at no cost for the first year while the network grows. If you are reading this early, ask.

Who pays me?

The distributor pays you directly, on the purchase order you accepted. supplierlive is not in the middle of that payment and does not hold your money.

It also means payment terms are between you and them, as they would be with any other customer.

Do you set my prices or take a percentage?

Neither. You build your own rate card and you keep everything you charge. The membership is the whole of what we make from you.

Do I have to be a member to receive work?

No. A distributor can send any shop a decoration purchase order by email, with the artwork attached. That works whether you are a member or not.

Membership is what puts you in front of distributors who are not already working with you, and what unlocks the dashboard, gang sheets, and labels.

What happens if I cannot take a job?

Decline it. Nothing is committed until you accept, and declining does not count against you.

A distributor may offer the same job to more than one shop, in which case the first to accept takes it.

What artwork will I receive?

Production files, not customer uploads. Embroidery arrives digitized with the thread colors already assigned. Screen print arrives separated. DTF arrives as a correctly sized transparent PNG, and where the distributor has ordered size-scaled prints you get each band as its own file.

If artwork cannot be made production ready, the job does not reach you at all.

How do gang sheets work?

For DTF, tell us your film width and we nest your accepted jobs onto a sheet when you ask for one. You get a print-ready sheet and a pick list showing which transfer belongs to which order, placement, and garment size.

You decide when a sheet is built, so it never holds up a rush job.

How do ratings work?

Only a distributor who completed a real job with you can leave one, and they rate quality, turnaround, and communication separately rather than giving one blunt score.

You can reply publicly to any review, and you can flag one that is abusive, off topic, or about a job that was not yours. We do not remove a review simply for being negative.

New members are not shown a public score until they have a few jobs behind them, so a single bad first week does not define you.

I also do digitizing or artwork. Can I do both?

Yes, and plenty of shops do. It is one account holding both capabilities rather than two separate sign-ups.

The arrangements differ though: as a decorator you set your own prices and the distributor pays you, while artwork is priced and paid by us. See the artwork services page for how that side works.

What if something goes wrong with an order?

Quality and payment issues are between you and the distributor, the same as any direct customer relationship. supplierlive is not a party to that transaction and will not arbitrate it.

We will help with anything on our side: files, specs, labels, or a rating you believe breaks the policy.
